Who we are

Bidli LLC ("Bidli," "we," "us") is a South Carolina company. Bidli builds custom AI outreach systems for construction trade companies. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit the booking form, we collect what you type: your name, company, trade, county and state, cell phone, and email. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your form information to text or call you about setting up your call, to prepare for that call, and to tell you about Bidli's services. We use server logs to keep the site running and secure. That's it.

What we share

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and schedule calls (for example, hosting and messaging providers), and only so they can do that work, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as we are talking with you about working together, and business records as long as the law requires. If you want your information deleted, ask us and we will delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to any text from us and the texts stop.
